What could be happened in my motor??? Check This!!

hy guy, i discover something strange on my 426ex, my quad run fine one month ago when suddently he make no spark, so after many hour and week of testing, i decide to check the stator and also check my clutch because they slip a little. when i pull out the flywheel case and the clutch case, i found these mark in the flywheel case and on the clutch basket. what could be cause this?? i dont know if it's old or new, i blown my motor this winter maybe it could be this but the piston and the sleeve had just some minor scratch nothing serious, also is it normal to have some slack in the clutch basket from inside to outside of the quad??? i can move it a little, the same direction that the mark was, what do you think???

OMG! I've never seen one that bad! I'll give you $1000 for the entire quad.
No. but seriously those marks look like they are just from manufacturing . I don't think that the parts are close enough to contact the case.
