Im thinking about starting production of my own personal a arms. what do you think? just as a poll quesion....what type of metal would you rather have for your a arms? thanks

TIG welded titanium +2 A-Arms, you make them for the 400 i will test them for you, any parts for the 400 i will test.

titanium is extremely hard to weld and very coslty to buy and weld it. I think Aluminium a arms would be a hit though. I don't understand why someone hasn't already done it.

And if you do want someone to test them. get someone that realy will abuse them to see there limits. A good MX rider is what you need to find. maybe someone in your area

i will xc test them, hi quilty aluminum would be ok but that might be weeker then stock, chromoly would be the best besides titanium, how about cast titanum? or pressed titanuim

aluminum a-arms would be sweet. and i know some guys that would really abuse them.

maybe aluminum upper a-arms, b/c it doenst take the impact, but if u made the lower arms out of aluminum i can guerentee they would fold in half!!! aluminum is to weak

on yahama's new 450 they did this, aluminum just on the upper arms, not the botton!!!!

Titanium!!! Titanium!!! Titanium!!! I have a buddy that has them on his 250r. Uppers and lowers. They are light as hell.

see the problem is most of you guys have now expierence building such products. And no knowledge of it either. YOu need to be very skilled to weld titanium and the cost of the product is extremely high. Not to mention titanium is outlawed in the ama. I think aluminium a arms would be plenty strong enough if built rite. I think you need to start talkin to some real realiable sources. Cause 95% of the people on this site don't know chit about quads, they just think they do. you need to get into the loop.
