how can I email him??? I sent a email to support@hotcams.com a week ago and I didnt receive any reply yet....

now Im mad because I dont have my cam and its going more sunny everyday outside:mad:

I have heard mixed feelings about their customer service. Most opinions say that it sucks!

thats what I heard too.. goos comments sometimes and bad too. I was thinking that it will be great to deal with them but its been a week and 2 emails without any answers.

Im probably going with a TC racing cam since those crooks are not taking care of their customer. many of my friends were looking at Hotcams but I dont think they will now....

Call him! He did right by me for 4 cams. Made sure that I had a good one by my date not his.

I just want to say that they are taking care of my problem and they are answering all of my questions.
