Can any one tell me if 250r hubs are thesame in 89 as 400ex?

How about the rotors and calipers?

Thanks

Rears? No there splined diffrent.
Fronts? Yes but there steel instead of aluminum and use diffrent screws for the rotor.

Calipers are way diffrent. They are twin piston calipers on the R.

Rotors, They will all mount up on the hubs. But i think the R rotors are a lil shorter.

for braking, i believe (if it fits) that the 400ex rotors and the R calipers would be the best setup for stock parts, the 400ex rotors i believe are slightly bigger, and the R runs 2 pistons, the rear hubs are splined differently, one runs like 25 and one runs 26, something like that, you can run a 400ex axel in a R if you have the hubs, or vice versa
