People have cell phones because they need them. Professional people give out their cell #'s to thousands of people especially if the are networkers like this person is (leading a coalition). I doubt it will get turned off during business hours.

I do think that it may be a good idea to let the # travel through pm instead of open thread as it may get ugly for exriders.
