need some electrical help

i took my 02 Trailboss out in the rain today for a while...i shut it off after about 15 minits of riding, went in the garage, came back and tried to start it...and NOTHING! no neutral light, no lights, no nothing...so i pull start it, fine...anyway, i took the front hood off of it to see what was wrong, and i think there is a loose connection somewhere...i took all the connections apart, but cant find anything wrong:confused:
im thinkin maybe a connection got wet:confused:

actually, i found the problem. a couple of wires got ripped from rubbing a large bundle of other wires. i spliced em together and wrapped some electrical tape on it.
