250x blowing smoke....??

I started up the 250x, it was idling for a few seconds , then all of a sudden a ton of white smoke came out of the exhaust... filled up the whole garage lol. What would cause this???>... could it be the valves or something. Its jetted at stock , but doesnt idle even with the throttle adjusted right..which is wierd. o well..... i just want to find out whats wrong so i can fix it .

does it stop once the quad gets warmed up..if thats the case then a valve isnt seated and your burning oil....an then you gotta tear it down to the cylinder again and take the head to get the valves re-seated

ya, thats exactly what it does....i guess i'll be gettin the valves reseated.

get a whole port and flow job, ahve the head refurbished and rebuild the whole top end.
