repacking LRD? and lrd engine kit?

After how many hours do you have to repack the lrd silencer?

And how are the lrd power up kits for the stock bore 400ex?

The cams, hi compresion piston, ect are they any good?

and does the chrome coating come off lrd pipes?

I never repacked mine and I probably had 50 hours on it! As for the chrome, it never came off that I seen:D
