i was just looking in atv sport, the one with the 50k raptor, and seen a pair of peps that costed 1600 dollars. its the ones on the project gncc cannondale. they had the "biggie" resevoirs. what makes these soo expensive? i dont see the 700$ increase. just wondering. thanks

That would be Rick Cecco's Cannondale and he is on this site. I thought the same when I read that, so maybe Rick will see this. If not his name on here is 465Stroker...

the $1600 ones come with REBOUND adjustment knob.... normally ZPS has an internal rebound setting.... it costs $1600 to get the ones with the lil clicker at the bottom of them... and the new style larger cans cost about $100 extra i think it was

I know the larger rezzies are "newer" but have the rebound adjustments always been a option?

correct...the larger new style cans are new....within the year.... they are jsut larger for more fluid capacity ....and have a lot more adjustment for the compression than the older style.....

the rebound adjustment has been an option for quie a while....but it is not necessary for most riders.... PEP shocks are so fine tuned from PEP that the average rider probably would not notice a click or two one way or the other.... but as for the pros.... and some top notch riders.... haveing that adjustability is necessary. PEP doesnt really advertise these rebound adjustable ones much ..... but i hear too many people complain about high shock prices as it is....let alone a set for $1600...
