which has the upper hand here,i know the yz would be water cooled but it seems a good or a 440 done right is so high why not do the yz426,im looking from the stand point if ur bike was stock

yzf 426 is cheapier... but i would buy the new yzf 450 that yammy is making...

Ditto!. I wouldn't have built mine if i knew this thing was coming out. atleast i got to ride mine for a long while tho..... Outlaw... thats gotta hurt...

yz400f, yz426f, yz450f and crf450f conversions would blow away the 440's. Most of the top pros run hybrid quads and I don't think any pros run modded 400ex's. hybrid quads are lighter, more powerful and have a lower cg and better all around power if they are geared right.

still i think yours will still take that new yammy.... just wait tho, first thing i am getting is elka Lt shocks all the way around and jrd (if he makes them) +3 lt a arms... i going to do suspension first this time around before anything else...

Im not to thrilled about the YZF. ITs prolly gonna be the best production bike as of right now. But im not worried about it. I have no doubt what so ever my quad will hang with it ,if not beat it. So does this answer ur qurestion fourm:confused:

isnt anything over 440 run in the open class? so if you get the yzf 450 or the crf 450 then you have 2 destroke it...am i correct or am i just talking out of my arse? plz correct me if im wrong

The new YZF 450 quad is 439 cc so its ready to go out of the box. Just put a wilder cam, exhaust, some porting and air filter kit and its ready to run big HP
