I got my Sparks air cleaner with the ring, and I was wondering if you should use the stock air filter body or not?

C'mon fellas I know it's a dumb question. I just don't see how it get more air flow if you use the air filter body.

It's 400ex, and no it didn't come with a body. All it came with was the ring. The guys from the Honda shop said to put the
stock body back in, but I thought that would be defeating the purpose. He also said he didn't know how good it would run without it............

Honda Racer

Sparks told me to try a 152 main jet and go from there, and I saw your using 155.
Did you use a 152 at first and then changed it or what?

My mod are Sparks X-6, Sparks degree key, Sparks hi-rev cdi, and took off the choke, and now Sparks filter. And I'm going to mod my lid......

Just take the stock body and remove some of the layers of screening on it (there are many)

then slap it in there and you are good to go :D
