would anyone be interested in Custom Heal guards?

I bought some Aero Tech heel guards awhile ago and i have broken both sets.

I am in the process of working with a local welder to have some beefy ones made up and I think I can be in the ball park of $100.

The Aero Tech guards look cool but they are EXTREMELY weak.

I will be basically using the same design but it will be recessed a little more so you can lean back a little more and the frame mounts will be stronger.

Any Ideas as to what you would like to see?
The cut outs will be differant too.
The plates will be thicker also.

I do not like those big nerf nets. they get in my way and these gurds allow a littl emore surface area over the stock plastic ones, along with being stronger and looking cooler.

so is anyone interested and what would you pay?

Nice job man....Very cool look.....my only functional complaint and reason took off the ac guards is getting back on the pegs...just like you said.....need plenty of heel relief.

Nice job. I was thinking about the Aero Tech ones untill i read you post on them. I'm with you on the little more protection with out the nets. May be interested.

That is a picture of the Aero Tech.

Mine will be similar but MUCH stronger.
