300ex problems

hello i have a 96' 300ex.
i recantly sprayed carb cleaner in to the carb and since then my ex is making problems.
it wont start, and when it finely start it runs very poor, and finely shout down.
i'm not sure it is the carb cleaner but someone told me that my carb need to be replaced.
is it really the carb? what can i do to make it better?

take it off and clean it out.

when you sprayed the carb cleaner in it you probably loosened all the gunk in the float boal and it may now be clogging a jet
