This has been killing me lately..


Drag Race (about 200 yards)
The terrain is tightly packed dirt, compleatly flat.

1992 Lt 250r (Guys First quad, riding 80cc dirtbikes 2 years) (Overall crappy condition, fairly bald tires with a bad clutch, Piped w/ FMF)

2001 440ex (Second quad riding 2 years Ex's) (Sparks x4, Hotcam stage 2, JE 11:1 High Comp. Piston, Ported Head, Jetted & filter, New Razr's all around.)

This poor kid thinks it will beat me? and thats why hes thinking about buying this LT and I obviously cant race him to show him if he dosent own one so i just wanted to make sure i wasnt going crazy

my uncle has an lt 250 also, it is in such crappy condition, bent and cracked plastic, nasty lookin, he even has a tow rope straped to the front bumper full time for if it brakes down for someone to pull him back, which happens about every time we ride, but WHEN he can get it runnin it is fast. So don't just judge his bike by how it looks.

as far as the kid, as long as he knows how to use a clutch well and isn't afraid of the quad, a drag race doesn't take much difference in skill like motocross or trail riding does.
