What to spend $400 on?

Well I already ordered a Nac's graphic kit and seat cover. SO I have $300 left. So far I was thinking of a MSR thumb adjustable clutch bracket, prodesign case saver, and front and back wheel spacers. I am probaly only going to race to more races this year, I just race mx on and off, but the track I go to is a cra and unless you hall big time you dont get more than 3ft of air. And I jump some but I don't jump big, and I trail ride some. SO would the wheel spacers be alright for me? Thanks in advance for the info.

Yeah but I want to ride some this summer. Doesnt that take a few weeks? ALso how much is it? I was thinking of getting it rebuilt by elka. They only charge $120 for the single rate and $240 for the dual rate.

Save a few extra bucks, get an axle. LSR axles are only like $320.

I would like to, but I can't spend a lot cuz I have college in the fall. And I figured since I dont jump much that the spacers might do. I wanted to get as much as I could w/o spendin a lot.

naw honda still has the best quad ever made..250r..i think they're the best 4-wheeler ever for racing...all of hondas are great quads though


The wheel spacers should be fine..unless you get major air alot of time then it wont hurt anything..my buddy has had sum for awhile now and they havent hurt anything yet and he jumps with em..im about to get me some rear ones

Get a CRF 450 and put the engine in your quad. Then you'll rip!! The predator is a waste of money and yamaha isn't going to release a 450 for a while, unless its the bike your getting!!

Nawwww. The 250r was the best quad ever built. Honda does have the best quad ever made but Its not going to be released for a few more months.

I guess your right. I didn't think they had already came out with it. But I sill think a CRF 450 in a 250R frame will be faster and better handiling than that yamaha! Espically when you are running axis shocks!

Cant compare apples and oranges. Thats like saying man a blaster with a roll design front end with axis shocks and a LRD motor would smoke a 250ex.........DUH:huh

how much kick back do you get for ranting about axis ? have you ever rode another brand ?

and as for the predator i heard they were having tranny problems is that true ?

i havent heard anything about the predator trannies except that u cant shift while on the gas making then crappy drag bikes

I don't get much kick back for ranting about axis. I am just saying what I think. I have had works before and they sucked compared to the axis, but thats obvious.

You can't shift without using the clutch. No problem, use the clutch. I have heard of 52 hp dyno's with pipe, filter, and jetting. Hmm piped EX say 28hp. Which one do you think is going to win a drag race.
