well i fired it up for the first time:p sounds sweet...runs smooth. i cant go any further till i get a few more parts in:(

are there any things i should keep my eye on besides oil leaks....like certain bolts that like to come loose etc:confused:

just keep a eye on the jetting during break in and change thr oil

Keep an eye on the bolts that hold the gas tank to the frame. Lug nuts, pivot bolt. Shock link/eye bolts. Basically everything, cause some will vibrate loose.:D

lower motor mount bolt and the upper after a while.....maybe retorque the head bolts after a few hours

just dont forget to tighten down any bolts cause i did that and lost a bunch.

BTW be carefull with those Klaw fronts cause they grab very well but are a little prone to be religious (holy) :D :blah:

pappy, have you seen the cover of the june dirtwheels? it has the warrior conversion on the front w/ the douglass rims that you have, except they powdercoated the beadlocks blue.....i think it looks pretty good. you should try it! by the way, your quad is amazing!
