Juggalo is building a rev 3. Him and his friends build awsome kickers. He would probably answer all u (Q's).

plans cost 250 except for rev 1. they come with a ton of stickers, instruction book, template, and metal samples. you must supply your own materials (pricey unless you have a hookup, plan on spending probably around a grand) also you need an experience fabricator, thats really pricey too.

distances and smoothness. basically the angle. plus the rev 2 and 3's fold up. the rev 1 has kind of a bad transition thereofere its max gap is only around 60 feet. the rev2 i don't know much about i think its just between the rev 1 and 3 (makes sense right?). and the rev 3 is the best ramp on the market. its made for a 75-80 foot gap and its got an ultra smooth transition.

you can make anything out of anything.. the rev 1 was the original which is why its free now, if you follow the plans as they are now it will be very simplistic and cheap and there was a design flaw in the transition, plus it doesnt have a folding transitional piece. its just a basic solid ramp.

the rev 2 has a steeper kick to it and its a shorter runway and dual fold but techincally its a trifold with the transition and is actually very popular due to getting higher with a shorter distance. its targeted for 55-70 foot gaps

the rev 3 is for a 65-80 foot gap an the transition is more graduatl with a slightly less angle than a rev 2 and it doesnt have quite much pop to it.

plans for the rev 1 is free the 2 and 3 are 250. and price of steel highly depends on where you live and who you get it from and its highly recommended you get an experianced welder/fabricator to build it
