I'm looking for a good pair of front tires. I mostly ride trails, but do some MX'ing too. I don't know much about tires. Anybody got any suggestions??

whatever U do don't get C828's! They suck on a 400ex :)...they don't wear down tho...i'd reccommend some razr's

i plan on getting kenda klaws. mainly because they are 6 ply, and that is waht i need and i will be racing with what ever i get.

if you dont ride mud get some grooved radials they hook up so well and never wear down.

I guess I'm looking for a good all around tire. What's these Kenda Klaws you guy's are talking about? Any place online to get them?

those are all good tires but they all have one flaw- they are ultra expensive!! why spend that money when you could get a tire thats just as good for less? i just bought a set of GBC pro trac fronts for my quad and they are awesome. i love em and everybody else that has tried my quad with em loves them too. best part they were less than 30 bucks a tire. check em out!

Uhh...since when is $35 per tire expensive :huh :ermm: :confused2

Also, show me where it says GBC Pro Trac's work as good as Kenda Klaws ;)

I just got Kenda Klaw XCF's and XCR's for my ride and all I can say is WOW! Awesome traction in the rear without losing the ability to slide when I want to. The fronts track straight and work awesome in the ruts. The stock tires seemed to want to ride in the ruts and let the ruts pull me where they want to go... the Klaws just go where they're pointed, regardless of the terrain. :macho

Jeep dude...how would you compare the kenda klaws to the Holeshot xcr's....it's gonna be a wet summer, are they better in the mud?

When are you guys gonna realize that Holeshots are not the only tire out! In my opinion they suck shiot! They don't hook for shiot and they don't last! I've tried them all, but untill someone comes out with a better tire than Kenda, they will be the only one on my bike period.
