I have for sale an Edlebrock Pumper Series Carb for a 400ex. It comes with the adjusting tool, edelbrock twist throttle and cable, edelbrock thumb cable and extra needles #19 & #21. I have a little over $500 in this carb and all the extra stuff to go with it and have used it for less than 1hr (yes 1hr). $399 shipped.

just bolt this on, turn a knob to adjust the jetting, then smoke everyone at the track this weekend!!!
