Rico- you have to do some laundry or something?

Man Rick, you had half the track in your eyes. Looks like you made it home alright. I'll send ya the $25 ambulance bill! lol Ole one eye driving home eh?:D

Man, Traci wanted ya to keep going, I was waiting for her to call ya a puss! She kicked some serious ARSE, nice pass on the uphill, poor Steph didn't see it coming. Nice job Traci.

Jeff pulled out the can of serious whoop arse, we stood there, here came few pro's, Jeff, and then yokley, wait Jeff?? that was Jeff!! holy $hit, he is in first. **20minute win* over next rider!!

Awesome job to all of ya!!!!
For those who didn't go, if you finished that race with any sight left, it was an accomplishment.

Man everybody was getting pulled out, sloppy mess everywhere.

Hey Popo, who did you get to pull your truck for ya? Should have bought a Ford!!:macho

Kenny was having a PPC Garage sale in the pits, he wouldn't let me take anything from the "free" box though:(

Congrats to Fred on his first Dale race, with a respectable 24th.

And a big one to team quadshop, with a near sweep.

Sorry I just couldn't help myself:uhoh: . We stayed for the weekend, one of our buddies races P.M. Dirtbikes. They were having a time of it out there, but at least it was warmer and sunnier for them.

I see they ran 7 laps...wonder how much they changed the coarse?

02 Red Rider
06-02-2003, 05:10 AM
They went out and groomed and drained some areas, the also ran an 8 mile course. The conditions were somewhat improved it seemed and of course alot of times two wheels are a bit easier to manuever. They had postponed the start of the a.m. Dirtbikes 1 hour I think due to the grooming. What a weekend though, I think I found mud in places that mud should never be.:eek2:

We did, but they only lasted for couple of miles.I put a new pair on at the start of the second lap used 2 or 3 of them within a few miles and then got stopped in a bottleneck and they fogged up and wasn't worth a crap after that.

Talk about bullchit,we went back Sunday to get our motorhome and when we got there the afternoon race had started and they had the road back to where the motorhome was roped off because it was at the end of the propits, and they wasn't letting anyone out untill the bike race was over.So we had to wait untill 5:30 before we could get out.

I had a bad race. I hit neutral on the start then I got stuck on that little hill right after the first turn. So i was almost last. And on top of that I skipped the finish checkpoint and track section somehow. So only one of my laps counted. It was fun though. I want to race again.

Nope, not me in the pond. Although not a bad idea.

Chalk another one up on the loser list. I hated that fricking race. Trained allot, stopped eating donuts. On the GT Thunder ironman workout routine.

Got stuck four times. Thanks to Chad Wallace & Brandon Ballance for helping me out.

Wasted about 20 minutes getting lost, avoiding the big hill that was a traffic jam. So I followed four other qaud and we came out of a tight trail by the paved road crossing and got busted by the course worker. Made us turn around and go back or DQ us.

me and coreyatver had the same race about I think. lol. I was 4th out of hole in the vet class and rolled it going through the offcamber gate about 45 seconds into trail. Riding tight like a wuss trying to make sure and not mess up early. Anyway quad on top and half of the next class through before I got going again. I to ran 9/10ths of the second lap except for the finish line some how and called it quits when I was back at my pits and new I missed it for sure. Frustrating because I had a good lap as far as not getting stuck much and passed a bunch of riders in bottlenecks that second lap.

Oh yea, I know Joe Kisch somewhat and he did get robbed! I should have had five seconds of fame back a long time ago when the class winner got to talk about the race a little, not me, they interviewed the "normal" winner that broke down out there. You know that was my only chance, maybe Joe will have another atleast. He deserved to be on the podium.
