man sorry to say thats not a good deal even if you do powdercoat it cause a new frame from service honda is like 400 bucks i think

sorry man but theres a couple of people on this board that have bought them without vins... i dont think after selling an trading on ebay for years ive ever saw a frame for anywhere near that amount
