I don't know if any of you people that are having problems with the throttle sticking have twist throttles or not, but heres a little info. My cousin rolled my EX and then my throttle was sticking. I looked all over the cab and couldn't find anything wrong. Well i decided it had to be in the twist part of the throttle. I took the twist throttle off and slid it down the handle bars a little. That fixed the problem. What was happening is that the twist part was getting friction at the end of the bars making it stick.

i called them up today, and he didnt sound too excited about giving the springs to me, but he said he would send them anyway

he said out of over 1500 400ex carbs out there, the sticking problem we are having has only showed up in like 5 or 6 of them and it so happens that 2-3 of them are exriders members
