^ what he said. I used a dremel, 2 cutting discs at once, drub sander attachment, and finished up with sandpaper.

I used a air powered grinder. It worked great, a Dremmel would be really good also. Some people use a jigsaw.

yeah when using a dremel you have to be careful cause its real easy for it to get away from you and screw up the plastic.

I used a hack saw then once i got the basic shape I used a wood planner to get all the edges smooth and straight.

Dremel with a sanding disc double it (2 discs ), also there is another disc like the plasma cutter blade but a miniature copy. Go to a local hardware store and get that, a small round finisher made of a substance like rock/chalk, and then a buffer to smooth up everything.

I used a jig saw with a fine toothed blade, and finished it off with a file. Looks great.

2002_300_ex a torch isa not a good idea at all! the heat will warp them very bad and you will have melting plastic dripping everywhere

Dude, USE A JIGSAW. It's much easier than using a dremel. I've used both, trust me the jigsaw is the easiest way. They just lightly file the ruff edges. Good luck!

When cuttin the fenders on a 400ex you just follow the first crase right before it gets to the bigger part. Saying you just cut on that line right.
