Ill have to find you some pics I have of a freind that races, hillclimbs, and even dunes with them:D ......Everyone is a little different about there preference, personally for trails depending what kind of terrain the trail consists of, I wouldnt use them for that. I ride with 6 ply Razrs for trails here, but its also very rocky here too.

people dont use them for trails because they dont clean out....but if you groove them they will work alot better. but you should still get a higher ply tire for the trails;)

IMO turf tamers are an excellent tire for MX and MX ONLY, i am current;y running grooved 18" rears and they hook up awsome but when you groove them they wear kinda fast. i will probably going to be getting the kendas next to see what all the hype is about and i will let you know my comparison. but running tamers is a definite good choice they don't disapoint im just curious about the other brands out there ya know.

I went climbin today for the first time with the Turf Tamers..... they hooked up great, barely any spin at all, and I didnt haveta shift down on the hills I usta with these new tires.

But I took alotta road today, and I can already see the tinyest bit of wear starting to occur..... if I want them to last, I should keep off the road.
