GasGas 20+ hp engine kit????

I remember somebody mentioning that somebody was working on a 20+ hp engin kit for the gasgas. I searched but couldn;t find the post. Does anybody remember who it was and what all the kit was?

go to the smackover forum, steve@motowest mentions a +20hp kit in my dune prep thread... i'm kinda curious about it, but it's pricey i bet.
