How much louder is HMF than stock?
How much does the sound and power decrease with the quiet insert?
How are the power gain w/ insert vs. w/o insert?
Where I live sound cant be too loud.

without the quiet core, it is VERY loud! but, if you get a quiet core, you will be down to 92 db, which is about 4-5 more then stock, i think you should be alright with a quiet core, and it shouldnt take away much if any power
