Is this the new style PEP that is rebuildable?

I would look into denton but i like the way my ressies are mounted up

also is it adjustable so i can change it for different riding conditions?

yes, its rebiuldable and adjustable. but, its only a three way adjustable. you have to unbolt the rod end on the end of the shaft and move it on the steering stem mount.
