I need to polish my stock hubs as soon as possible. How hard is it for me to do a pretty good job? I need some real information as I have never polished anything before. Thanks Justin :)

(XP) Racing compared to Chris Waters is just about the same prices. We have the same idea as Chris. a couple bucks does not motivate us to do any work when we are making good money locally.
As for Benny:
Well Hubs are not a fun item. The casting is pretty rough. I have done one set and let me tell ya. They are not easy. The outside isn't bad but the inside is not easy. The inside casting is much rougher and also a very tight space..
II would recommend for a trick look do the following:
Polish the outside of the Hub. and have the inside powdercoated. I belive that looks the best.
As for polishing steps. Shoot me a pm or shout me a holla on AIM. You know the name...
I don't even know if anyoen could pay me enough to polish another set of Hubs. I would polish the outside but not the inside. It would take some cash to motivate me to do the inside. They are tough as a witches tit....

These hubs would be alot easier to polish then stock because they have no ridges on the backside, huh?

Hubs can't be that hard to polish with a dremel, right? The sanding might take a little while, but a the dremel should help with that, too.

I would have polished all of the hubs on my R, but it was going to cost me too much to have the insides done. So you know what I did? I powdercoated the inside, and polished the outside. :D
