When I am gasing it and going threw the gears, everything seems fine, but when I let completely off the gas. It starts a loud poping noise. What could I try to fix this?

Also, check for leaks around any seams in the exhaust pipe. Check for proper sealing around the head and where the silencer meets the headpipe.

also check that the carb is sealed to your airbox and the motor off course

Im thinking it is exhaust leaks. The other day when I was flushing my engine and running it between flushes. Smoke was coming out the silencer and where the head pipe meets the silencer. I'll fix that today. Thanks.

You then crank down on the rockers for the exhaust valves that way they never seat and you hit the starter. This pumps the water out through the exhaust and removes all the carbon build up.....lmfao:D
