A-arm and Shock Combinations

I just sold my raptor and have some money to put into my 400ex's suspension. I was wondering what setup different people are using. I am not asking for what people think is the best shock or a-arm, I just want to know what people are running and I will make my own decision as what to buy.

I am looking at a 19" LT setup for XC (+1 a-arms)...

JRD makes some nice arms that are +1 LT's...

Roll, JRD, Houser, not sure about Laeger, and others offer +1 LT a-arms. Those matched with some Elka's, PEP's, or Axis is the way to go.

Does the quad sit higher with +1 a-arms vs. +2 a-arms (if they are both running 19" Shocks)? Or does the +1 just mount them lower down on the a-arms, so that it kinda compensates?:confused2
