im planin on pickin up a cool head for my 250r and im wonderin if i should get the standard one less or buy the one with the o-ring and head stay. what is the difference. what kind of applications would either be used for. im buying one so i dont have to run race gas in my motor anymore. my motor is a 86 with a spacer plate/long rod with a lrd cylinder

I have this head on my bike and it is awsume. I switched from a pro design to RK Tech head and my bike rips. Call them and speak to Kelsy, hes a great guy. He designs a head that uses O-rings instead of a head gasket which is alot better and the price is around the same as for a cool head and he custom makes your dome to your riding needs and fuel.

Get the O-ring head! You will save $ in the long run from all the head gaskets that you dont half to buy. If you have an O ring head you can mess with the domes all you want.
