My dad is stubbern and he wont buy me a new quad, cause dirtbikes are so much funner and easier to ride and all this shat. So he will buy me a dirtbike but not a quad. Its gay, but o well, hes gonna get me a Cr125. And this way i can race and stuff. So i guess its kinda kewl.

bikes can be a ton of fun, especcially 2 strokes, and if its getting bought for you I would be happy myself, I would take a CR over a 250ex anyday. buy hey thats JMO

Well, I have to say, you have a pretty cool dad for him to buy you a dirtbike.
CR125's are alot of fun, I too would chose it over a 250ex.
But if you really want a new quad, than you should get a job and pay for it on you own.
Thats what I have to do with all my quad related stuff and I am only 14.

My dad wont let me get a job. He said that he wont take me to work every day, and he said no one with hire a 15 year old. If I try to explain it to him, he just says I dont know what im talkin about, then he goes back to the 70s storys. (like I said he is stubbord). But thanks for your support, or whatever you just gave me.

I wanted a quad for the longest time...... and I was stuck with something worse than you had... I was given a 1988 Honda 125 Fourtrax with no shocks that was held together by duct and electrical tape, zippy ties, and metal sheets rivetted into the plastic... I was stuck with it for around 6 or 7 years and finally I turned 16 and got a job and I worked as hard as I could and saved my entire paychecks and after a year or so I bought my 250x, now I have a 2002 cannibal after sellin my 250x and im still workin tryin to pay off the Dale..... its hard to not spend money... but i have the determination...... my dad pays for sometimes my oil, gas, and a spark plug every now and then

So, just out of curiosity, what types of quads has your dad ridden? I hope he didn't come to that decision without riding a quad more comparable to a cr125 then a 250ex.
