HEY GUYS IM THINKING ABOUT GETTING A BORE KIT FOR MY 400EX.

WHAT DO I NEED JUST TO BORE IT OVER, ALL THE NECESSARY THINGS AND WHAT WEB SITES I CAN BUY IT FROM

I WANT TO BORE IT .20 OR .16 OVER

Take it easy buddy.............You don't bore it .16....You resleeve the stock cylinder which makes it a 416 or 440 cc'ed engine

After a long six months of wrenchin, machine work and waiting on partz, I just completed my 12.5.1 435 kit for my Honda today. I bought the big bore kit off of Ebay for about 180 bucks. You get the sleeve, piston, rings and gaskets. The sleeve cost me 140 bucks to have installed.

Its best to do your homework and be somewhat familiar about the kits, compression ratio's...etc.
