dont do it, you will destroy your frame with it.

Quadcustoms friend did it....they said it worked fine

if you do it, gusset your frame first, the vibration and raw power from that engine will, over time, cause damage to a stock frame.

you will find that the motor will vidrate extramly bad

to fix problems you might want to use a 250r frame something that is made for a 2 stroke powerhouse

you want to make heavy gussets around the motor mount ereas

the 400ex frame wasnt designed to andle the raw 2 stroke power and vibrations i suggest going with a 250r frame heavily gusseted or egtting a after market frame builder to make a speicail desgined one i believe lone stsrt and laeger make one of these chassis

i do alot of custom quad building and can build you a complete ready to ride or just do the rolling chassis

i would need to talk to you and figure out how much money you have to spend on the project and also what kind of parts and labor you want going into it
