Yamahas press release??!!

Ok we all know this is coming now my question is this ?! where do we read about it or hear about it ? who is going to have the OFFICIAL version of the press release?? how do we get pics right away ?! im so excited is anyone else ?! or is everyone else like oh well its a yamaha?

looked yesterday they have a news ad says june 4th release the new quad. talked to santo dersi he said its susto be the bomb. shot they have the best xc quad racer rideing there dirt bikes just wondered when they would ask barry to help

This might be my next quad. Depending on what it is we are looking to sell my Ds650 Baja , 2001 rap and 00 Yz125 and replace them with a new Baja a black/red 03 rap =) and maybe a 03 wr250f.

If it has a yz450f in it and is NOT the rap or warrior frame I might get it.

I hate all you guys so much right now. Yamy is getting another sport quad and honda pussed out and jsut beefed up the carb on the 400ex. :mad: I hope the new yamy turns out like the 01 Raptors. I doubt they will make the same mistakes again. But who knows, it is yamaha.

My '01 rappy is fine. The only thing I needed was wheel spacors and less aggressive tires and its A LOT of fun. There is no realy tranny problem my dealer has never heard some one complain and has not replaced one. Yamaha has nothing to say about it eigther. Its a good machine except it is too top heavy.

this could be the new quad? look in the way back it doesnt look like a raptor banshee or warrior to me its kinda neat to see this

Is it just me , or in that pic does it look like it has 2 headlights mounted similar to what the cannondales look like??? Might just be a reflection or something , but its pretty neat.

Very interesting ?! it doestnt have the Raptor nose on it and i do believe i see dual lights like a dale !? maybe yamaha has been spotted?? there are people on this board who have seen it but they wont tell but i bet if they looked at the pic they could say for sure ?!:ermm:

Looks like a Raptor Frame, with Z400 plastic and Z400 wheels. and a Warrior hood.

I bet it prob has the WR450 motor.

That's a Raptor. You can tell by the grill in the nose plastic. In the pic it's running the GYT-R front bumper and the GYT-R headlight package (like a set of Lazer Star's).

Do you mean Barry Hawk by chance ? cause from what i herd (rumor of course) that barry has been riding and testing this "new" yami and says its...well, in short words..the best "production" quad built yet. but, like i said just rumor and i did not tlak to barry myself
