I see that no one has posted anything on this. The CPSC will be meeting on June 5th to talk about the safety of ATV's. The last time that they meet and talked about ATV's was in 86 and 87 and this is when we got all of the age rules for riders under 16 and the banning of 3-wheelers. Some of the things that they are thinking about is placing a limit of 399cc and under for large ATV's, no one under 16 can ride an ATV, and limits on top speed. One of the things that the anti groups are bringing up is the injury rate has increased in the past few years. There is a petition that the ATVA has made up. Go to there website; ATVAonline.com and down load it and get your friends to sign it this weekend and send it in.
If you care about the future of ATV riding and racing please download the petition and get some of your friends to sign it and send it in.
The warning sticker says no one under 16, The CPSC has the power to tell the people that run your riding area to enforce that rule.
