Truck worth it or not need opinions

ok i found a 1993 chevy 1500 w/350 5spd the exact combo iv beel looking for 138000 miles mild rust on body no holes in the body from it undercaraige in good condition never towed or plowed was a women who used it as daily driver. THe interior looked to be in good condition no rips in apolstry dash looked to be in good condition.
it had power windows, locks, tilt wheel, cruise, short bed short cab,
it will need new tires by the end of summer for winter what you think its worth
they are asking 4350 think its worth it?

yeah id low ball an offer and see if i couldnt get it cheaper but id pay that for it any way

I'd offer $4,000 since it needs tires. The 350's will go forever it seems, they're a proven engine and they work. The only other things I'd look at are the cab mounts on the frame.

I just bought a 93 Silverado 1500 with a 350 extended cab shortbox, 3inch lift, 33inch BF Goodrich tires, FLowmasters Dual exhaust, no rust, 5/spd white for 6500 im not sure what the mileago was it wasnt alot but it was quite a bit but im happy with my buy id go for t hat truck if i were you i love mine

sounds like an ok deal i think i am going to offer 3900 depending on how it drives clutch engine ect. If i get it i definitly want to tear the engine down this winter and rebuild it with cam ect but now to just convince the pops to lend me the money to buy it untill i sell by truck to help pay it off
