400ex valve wobble spec.

I have a 400ex and would like to know if anyone knows about what the spec would be for the valve wobble. If i put my valve in my exhaust guide and wobble it back and forth i have .004 thosands play. does that sound right. the manuel doen't give a wobble spec. The valve stems are in spec and i dont have anything to measure the guids. I got it apart and want to replace them if they need it.

I don't know what the specs are but if you already have the head apart and doing work on it, might as well replace them for a little piece of mind. JMO:)

intake is .004 exhaust is .005 there is a tech article on it. i dont know what you mean by spec either do you mean a picture? and does any one know if its better to be tighter or loser when you adjust your own valves cause i adjusted mine and my gears seam short?
