computer question: how do i change my default browser?

whenever i click on a link it opens up AOL. how do i make it so like internet explore opens up? where on my computer do i go to change my default internet browser?:o

I don't know. I looked around IE but no go. I know heres how to fix it.

Get rid of AOL. AOL is junk all it is, is $24 permonth for a new way to get adds. Try a local provider if you can or get broadband :devil:

i have DSL i haev for a long time. and i am getting rid of AOL. i just realived i can get 5 free emails form my DSL prvider:)

I would rather use yahoo email then AOL.

Easiest thing to try first is check in explorer (not sure what version you have, this pic is from IE 6.... if that doesnt work you will have to go into file types... and change the default file association.
