I was just wondering where u get one of these I actually have my bike to where it is being put back together now. I was thinking of relocating my battery in my airbox and everything plus it would look a lot cooler. SO if anyone makes these personally or knows where to get one please reply.

I can't remember where to get them right off hand, but pic up a issue of dirt wheels mag and you're sure to find one in there. Hope this helps.

Pingry`s makes them. Magic Racing has them for $189.95.

I would also say Pingry's and that sounds like a good price too! Pingry's wants 199.99 for the box from there.

I agree that the aluminum air boxes not only look cool, but they also relocate the battery. My concern is that all the aluminum air boxes I have seen eliminated the stock air intake and eliminated the use of the air box top cover, allowing mud, water, and additional dirt in.....................am I right????

you are right. all of them eliminate the cover. i don't know about the air intake snorkel though.

You guys are somewhat right on the Lid idea....although 8UP also makes and sells with the airbox a airbox lid.....look him up and talk to him about it.

I was going to get the Pingry Airbox, but you can`t use the stock snorkle, and it doesn`t have a lid. There is only one hole in the front of the Airbox so you know the stock snorkle won`t work. I don`t know if anybody makes a Airbox that uses the snorkle and has a lid. I guess the battery will stay outside.
