I have one too it's a very good pipe, if you want bottom end. It is basically a supertrapp silencer, but I'm pretty sure Tom took all the stuff out on the inside and make his end cap for it. I like the pipe a lot and it's good for racing...

TC racing produces that modified Supertrapp slip on. Last I heard they were over $300, but check with TC Racing to be sure. I like the design alot, but would use discs with one for general use, as the open endcap it just too loud for anything but racing.:) More pipe companies shouls learn from him and make shorties that don't get mashed in the first turn chaos. I'm thinking about putting one on my stocker for that reason. Anyone ever see one on a stocker? What kind of results did it give?

I got one on my stock 400ex and it helped open it up quite a bit. It gives bottom end mostly, but that's what I wanted. I figured out that with even the discs and closed end cap on it is still very loud.

Actually my best time in the 300ft was 4.7. That was before I lightened it up and put it on alky. I have a friend with a fast Banshee that was running very close to me with 4.8's, and now that Ive done the lightening and alky conversion Im beating him by about 4-5 bike lengths. Havent got a time since Ive done the changes.
exriderdude. I used my APS camera and just scanned the pics! Turned out pretty good comparing the old pics!!!!

How many disks do you run? Do you remember what your jetting is? How much was your pipe? Thanks!:)

I run no discs, just the open end cap. The jetting is like a 152 main, stock pilot, needle 3rd clip I think, and then screw out 1 1/2. Tom will tell you the jetting when you get it, or just ask him for your setup what jetting to run. Mine was $319...

It looks like your TC sits almost all the way back to the grab bar. Is that the way it really is? Most I've seen sit farther forward.

Actually it doesnt even come close to the end of the grab bar?

How does it compare to the Sparks X-6? And how much does the TC pipe cost with a header?

I read in ATV sport that the Sparks pipe performed better than the TC, but the TC is a slip on only thay requires 5 inches of the OEM headpipe to be cut off to install. Someone said the TC was $319.

His quad is tore down right now..he works like part time...his brother in law said your on your own with quad parts. so basically he sold a bunch of stuff off of it and now has no cash or very little to replace the parts he sold. I think he'll be up and running in about a month....:ermm:
