valve guide problems

I tried to press out my valve guides and they mushroomed and cracked into pieces... and sugestions on how the **** to get them out. they are in there pretty damn good. I dont know if my honda shop will even touch it now because of the damage done aready.

To get the valve guides out you have to heat the head to 270-290 degress for about 20 minutes then press them. you will have to cut off the mushroomed part now to get them out. ALso put the new ones in the freezer and install them while it is still hot.
