400ex stock bearing carrier

Hey,

Last night i finally got my lsr axle in, but I had to change my axle bearings because the old ones were shot. Well let me tell you, those darn bearings put me through a severe amount of fustration. They took me a good 45 minutes to get both out. There was no lip or anything I could tap the race of the bearing with a flat edge. Has anyone else had this problem or was it just my bearings?

Just finished the same job had a really bad time getting the bearing to seperate from the spacer enough to get a puller to catch .I tapped them with a brass punch until I got a 1/8"gap then the bearing puller could grab them them and they popped right out:D
