What are all the necessary changes that have to be made?

- caliper holder
- brake caliper

Is it worth the effort. I was looking to gain ground clearance without the added weight of going to 22" tires. Figured I could go to a 13 tooth front with a smaller rear sprocket and then use a modified rear skidplate.

yes its worth the effort
you will need the following 250R parts:
rotor
hub
brake plate
caliper mount
caliper
brake line
i think thats everything

The 400ex mastercylinder and brake line will work.

Is it time for another bet? Seems like Zracer is ready to step up to the plate to be eligible for the Exriders "Trash-talker" award that will be handed out at the Ironman!
The "Skirt" lives on!:macho

No trash talking here, but I am motivated. If I get into my groove, then I will be able to make the race to the finish very interesting.

But, I repeat (NO DRESS FOR ME). I would hate to cause a wreck because other racers are stairing.:eek2: at my dress. Plus, Pink just isn't my color.

May the best Racer win at the Penton!
