translucent means you can see thru it ....like transparent

the metal in "metalic" can be any available color that is offered....its not a specific powder. you can do silver metal flakes..red...etc.

if you have stock a arms get a can of rustoleum...if they are aftermarket the price starts at $60

rings are fairly easy and depending on how bad they are (scratches nicks etc) they would be like $5 to $10 each
