clean radiator hose?

i got some clear hose from LOWES today....i was just wondering if anyone has it, and if it holds up to the tempature of a 250r's radiator fluid! tell me how it is working out for you if you have it!

how much is the kit, and do you think that my stuff will work

High temp hose only. The hose you bought must be able to withstand constent pressure and heat. I bought that kit and it sucks :( The ends cut when you tighten up the hose clamp often. and the hoses bend to easy. You would be better off with some stainless wrap over your lines if you want to dress em up.

those hose i got has stainless steel wire braid through it, but you can still see that it is clean.....and i know that it is high pressure hose but im not sure if it can with stand the heat!

so you dont reccomend this kit eh? good info are you running ss lines now? if so where did you get them?;)

Try the Lowes hose and see if it works. Nothing to lose if you aren't far from home or truck.
