HMF customer service

Well has anyone had this problem, I got a HMF full system it didnot come with a spark arrestor first off, so I called to get one on Tuesday from them directly, I paid to have it overnighted, come Wednesday no part, Thursday no part, I called on Friday and they forgot to send it, They promised me they would ship it special for Saturday and they would pay shipping, well Saturday is here no part:mad: so think before you get one, service is horrible

I have had good luck with HMF parts and the people that work there.

I have dealt with HMF several times with Perfect service so far, sorry to hear about your experience. I still highly reccomend them though

I love the pipe, but this left a bad taste in my mouth

i was wondering if the HMF is a better pipe than a supertrapp ids2 i was looking to spend around 200. Which pipe is better? any help would be helpful
