What do you guys use to clean your chain? I've noticed that after looking at everyone else's chain and sprockets on here, mine is pretty darn dirty!! So I figured I'd ask you guys what's the best stuff to use and what's the easiest way to do it? Thanks in advance!!:D

kerosene and a soft brush work good if it's a 0-ring, wire brush and kerosene for non-0-ring, wd-40 works good too

Kerosene and your sisters tooth brush and you can't go wrong.

My thoughts exactly:). I usually use WD-40 though because I hardly ever take the chain off my quad and I find it easier to spray on the WD-40 and then start brushing (I use a worn out toothbrush). If you take your chain off though, a pan of kerosene to dip the chain in while cleaning works great.
i heard not to use wd-40 if its an o-ring chain, it eats away at the o-rings???

I've heard that too, but I believe it's just a big steaming pile of BS. If you want to know my thoughts about WD-40 on O-ring chains, then check out the link below; it's a thread about chain lube. I have two posts in that thread, but the second one is where I discuss WD-40.
