400ex porting

Hello i am getting my 400 ex ported right now....I have just bout every motor mod there is.....I just want to know do u think ill be able to tell a big difference in it after its done.....Let me know how yours turned out

Yes you will tell a big differance. I got mine ported and the whole engine done and it was like night and day. Its like riding a whole different quad when you ride stock and then ride modified. I got my porting done by TC racing who done yours and what engine mods did ya get?

Pr racing Did mine....They have been porting engines for 30 yrs....Im really good friends with them ...If u or any one needs any porting let me know ill get the hook up....Heres my motor mods for my 1999 400 ex...
White brothers cam
Big GUn full exhaust
wiseco 11:1 pisiton
K&n air filter
K&n jet kit
Valves/springs
and those are the motor mods.....

I heard you got that 400ex for $500 thats was a hell of a deal even though you have to fix every thing but it was worth it.

Ya i almost got it to go....Alll what i need now is a eliminator axel.....My plans are to get yellow plastic with cabon hood....I got a omf seat latch and a KnK seat cover from santa.....If u know any one with +2+2 axel let me know....And how much u pay for ur port

Yeah I going with the yellow plastic for next racing season I already got the hood just need to get the plastic. Im also getting my frame powder coated right now (silver vein) along with my houser swing arm and lower a-arms, then Im going to have the tops chromed. I got all my engine work done at once so it was a package deal $1500
