who here has changed there 400ex brake callipers to 250r brake callipers ? is this hard to do ? and does it work for the front as well as the rear? how much does this help in stopping power? thanks

ive only heard about people doing this on teh back. the R has a smaller diameter brake rotor which equals more ground clearence

yeah - I would like to hear more about putting a 250r on a 400ex. Jeff@quadshop said something about doing it one day when I was at the shop I think, but we didn't really talk about it that much. All I know is that my bike eats rear brake pads. I'll be on my third set this year before I ride again!
